- Additional $20/month for e-commerce sites, sites with 25,000+ monthly visitors, or sites requiring more than 5GB of storage.
- Additional hours of technical troubleshooting billed at $75/hr (Core: $100/hr). Unused hours do not roll over.
- All clients must host with us to enable proper monitoring, security, and optimization. Migration from your current host is a smooth, zero-downtime process.
- This service does NOT include email hosting. If you currently host your email with your web host, see the section below before signing up.
- Cancellation requires 30 days notice via email. A site transfer/migration-out fee applies upon cancellation.
- New clients with an existing site require a one-time $100 setup & audit fee before onboarding.

Our hosting plans cover your WordPress website — not your email. This is important if your current web host is also where your email lives.
🔄 Moving from another host?
If your current web host also manages your email (like GoDaddy or Bluehost), you'll need to either keep paying them for email separately, or move your email to a platform like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We can help you do this — for a separate setup fee.
✅ Already using Google Workspace or M365?
You're all set! Your email lives independently from your web host, so the migration to our hosting won't affect it at all. Just let us know during onboarding.
🆕 Brand new business?
We recommend setting up Google Workspace for professional email. We can assist with the setup for a one-time fee and make sure everything is properly connected to your new site.

Common questions, answered.
Do I have to move my website to you?
Yes — hosting with us is required to provide proper monitoring, security, backups, and optimization. The migration is a smooth, zero-downtime process and we handle all of it.
What if you didn't build my site?
Not a problem! We can take over care of any existing WordPress site. There is a one-time $100 audit and setup fee to make sure your site is in good shape before we begin.
Can you make my site unhackable?
No — truly "unhackable" doesn't exist. What we can do is make your site significantly harder to hack, monitor it constantly, and clean up fast if anything ever does get in.
Is content editing included?
No — our plans are focused entirely on technical hosting, security, and performance. Content updates and edits are not included in any tier. We can refer you to options for that separately.
What happens to my email when I migrate?
Your email is not affected if it's on Google Workspace or M365. If your email lives with your current web host, you'll need to decide on a plan for it before migrating. See the section above for details.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 30 days notice via email. Upon cancellation, we'll provide your latest backup. A site transfer fee applies if you'd like us to move the site to a new host for you.
Do you manage multiple sites?
Yes! If you have more than one WordPress site, reach out for a custom multi-site quote. We offer discounts for bundled plans.
What are premium plugin/theme licenses?
On Shield and Guardian plans, we include access to our developer licenses for premium themes and plugins used on your site. If you cancel, you can purchase your own licenses or a discounted annual fee applies.
